«My sister and I stayed at The Dairy Barn for my birthday and the best word I can use to describe it is "bucolic". It possessed all of those attributes you look for in a quiet getaway. Rebecca was easy to communicate with and pleasant. We hit the local wineries on the Blue Ridge Parkway, Floyd, New River Trail and other small, quaint towns that dot that area. «Had a wonderful stay. Was pleasantly surprised to find the property was very private with no houses or other people around. The pictures of the property don't quite do this spot justice. Loved that you could also hear the nearby creek as well. I'll be back for sure.»

Was traveling with 2 dogs and they had lots of room to play in the back yard on long leashes and they even got to have there own room in the great big closet. You are definitely back in the woods and I would definitely suggest having a 4x4 to get in and out. Felt like a home away from home for a week. Would stay again if in area.»
