«Aix is a tourist zone/pricey. This was a good value, potentially excellent place made less valuable starting with lack of communication from the host (VRBO, SMS, WhatsApp?) - first communication at 4:05 pm for 4:00 pm check-in, followed by the treasure hunt for the keys, eclipsed by the leftover food in the fridge and the broken drawers on the only dresser, among other minor things. Communication to the host was responded back to us with "???" Would I stay here again? Extremely Unlikely Pros ...

«We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. Don't plan on doing much laundry. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment once we got settled. The location was quite convenient if you ...
