«Room was ok, update to room fair, noisy outside, breakfast....poor breakfast offerings, coffee was ok....horrible otherwise. Don't use expedia to book rooms. Room rate via Expedia was robbery! Staff were friendly. Parking was ok, but not secure.»

«Breakfast not wonderful.»

«The room was clean and breakfast was ok. Parking was good. Only thing was our keys stopped working in the middle of the night, however the front desk was happy to fix the issue immediately.»

«Great location - reasonablely priced - excellent dinner resturants very close by.»

«great stay. clean room. clean bathroom. staff is top class. safe area with lots of dining options.»

«Helt greit hotell for prisen»

«Very lovely property with nice sized and clean rooms. Check out was noon, which is also a nice luxury. Staff were friendly, but slightly reserved. Location was excellent for us as we were golfing the Robert Trent Jones Trail courses at Ross Bridge and Oxmoor Valley - both only about 20 minutes away. Also, the hotel was right next to a commercial area, so several nice restaurants and shoppes were within a 5 minute walk.»

«For the price we paid they failed to clean the room , refresh the towels and we even ran out of soap in the bathroom. Also, the air conditioning was super loud and woke us up all night long every time it clicked on. Finally, there must have been mold in the a/c or somewhere because my son woke up stuffed up, sneezy with sinus trouble.»

«Nice»

«The overall stay was okay. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was pretty clean and nice. The check-in process was easy as well. Our complaint is that the telephone did not work at all and there was no remote for the television. Things which need to be checked per room and is a part of the package you look to have for convenience and safety. The staff was willing to get things checked but we had to leave the room for a scheduled conference and it was really late when we got back in and ...

«This is a pretty standard 3-star hotel that seems to have been recently renovated. Everything looks nice, but after the first night, I was honestly ready to leave. The sound insulation is so poor that you can hear a constant humming from the AC units in neighboring rooms, even when your own AC is turned off. Maybe I'm just too sensitive to noise, but it was really hard for me to sleep. The front desk employee tried to be helpful and moved me to another room, but it didn't make much ...

«Check-in staffer was very cheery and professional. I thought a number of minor items should have received attention. Breakfast “buffet” was poor (taste and temperature). Clothing hook on bathroom door was missing. Mattress should have been replaced a long time ago. As a long time Marriot customer, I was disappointed in this property. It just seems “tired”.»

«We really loved it here, they really take care of you.»
