* *BEDROOMS**
* The master suite includes a luxurious queen bed with 600 thread count sheets. There are 2 other bedrooms on the second floor each with one queen bed. On the lower level there is a comfortable queen pull out sleeper and twin pull out sleeper.

* **BATHROOMS**
* The master has a full bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in closet and natural light. The 2nd floor also has an additional full bathroom. There is also a half bath on the main level. Amenities include brand name shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, blow dryer, and iron/ironing board.


* **KITCHEN, DINING and GREAT ROOM**
* Enjoy this central gathering area which includes a full-stocked kitchen with all baking and cooking essentials, large variety of coffee, including seasonal flavors, for pot or Keurig, and brand new appliances. Enjoy all the activities Cape Cod has to offer with an assortment of complimentary organic snacks. Large eat in kitchen Island with an additional full dining table that seats 6-8 people.

**OUTDOOR SPACE**
There are 2 outdoor spaces including a grassy sloped front yard and the patio area out back enclosed in green arborvitae for your privacy. Patio area has a new grill, fire pit, and chairs.

THE PORCH: Enjoy the quiet peaceful porch with breathtaking sunrise, premium cable railings, and beautiful wood accents, paired with rocking chairs for relaxation.

**FOR KIDS**
There is a small crib with 3" new mattress and crib sheet.
Also provided is a highchair, booster seat, BPA-free dishes/ cups, washable pocket bibs, outlet protectors, white noise machine, baby monitor.

**FOR DOGS**
There are 2 dog bowls, poop bags, a complimentary bag of treats. - Please note that we permit a maximum of 2 dogs on this property, preferably aged 2 years and above. Also, there is a pet fee of $250 per dog. Below is a list of restricted breeds.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire home (except owner's closet), driveway, porch, and outdoor space. A keyless entry code will be sent with 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.


Other things to note
* QUIET HOURS AND GENERAL RULES - Primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years or older and must be staying on the premises during the reservation. Quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM. No parties, fireworks, or weapons are allowed on the premises at any time. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited on the premises. Illegal substances and activities are prohibited.


*PET POLICY - We allow a maximum of 2 house-trained, well-behaved dogs that are vaccinated and tick/flea-free for a flat fee of $250 per dog. Pets must be disclosed to us at the time of booking (there is a $500 fee if we find any undisclosed animals as well as a fee for any damages from the pet). Pets are not allowed on any furniture. Pets should use driveway sides of the house for potty - please do not use the patio. Any pets left home alone must be in a crate. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage, pest control, extra cleaning, or liability your dogs may cause during the stay. We reserve the right to cancel a booking for animals that are not a good fit for the home.


* PARKING - Our driveway accommodates 2-3 cars comfortably. It is regularly plowed, sanded/salted and shoveled during winter; however, ice and snow cannot be avoided during unpredictable winters. Walk carefully!
* TRAVEL INSURANCE - Unexpected circumstances happen, so we highly recommend purchasing travelers' insurance. We cannot be held accountable for events out of our control.
* VIDEO SURVEILLANCE - There are 2 exterior cameras (1 camera at the front of the house and 1 camera on the back of the house) monitoring and recording the house for security. They are on 24/7, but only record video and audio when there are movements (motion-activated). Videos may be stored for 1-365 days for security or house rules breach review. There is no surveillance inside of the home where guests will stay.
