«The house, and the surrounding property is warm ,welcoming and clean. The house is 30 minutes from everything. The Silo/ gazebo with a fire pit overlooking the mississippi river is just amazing. We absolutely loved our stay, and hope to come back.»

The upstairs bedroom was not air-conditioned, making it uncomfortable to use during warmer weather. The bathroom could benefit from a deep cleaning and some updates, especially the tub/shower. «The Victorian is in the process of being restored. The location is convenient to the downtown area, but parking on a narrow street was a concern and the steep steps up to the front door would be hard for some visitors (it is noted in the description). The hot tub was not clean and was only 3/4 filled with water so we never used it. The pool table has many rips and the cue sticks were missing their tops so we never used the table. The owners were quick to respond which was helpful.»
