  • Denne imponerende baronhallen ligger langs en grusoppkjørsel satt på syv mål. Ditt eget stykke landskap, men bare noen minutter unna pulserende lytham. Stort landkjøkken med slakterblokk og spisestue med spisebord i stil. Stor salong med hvelvet tak og glassmalerier og stor flatskjerm-TV. Seks doble soverom som alle har eget bad med flatskjerm-TV, unn deg prinsessen din til soverommet vårt med en ekstern, himmelseng og eget boblebad. Alle rommene har eget bad. sengeplasser 12 i komfort. Soverom i etasje og rampe for å ta imot rullestolbrukere.(etter avtale) Rikelig med parkering. 10mx5m PERMANENTT DEKKET oppvarmet basseng som IKKE trekker tilbake (påske til slutten av oktober) Nytt for 2018 bassenginnhegning slik at bassenget kan brukes selv på kalde og regnfulle dager, lavt nivå bassengdekke maks høyde 5ft (se bilde), ikke reserver hos oss Hvis du vil ha et utendørsbasseng og 6-seters badestamp. Idrettsområde, paddocks, hundekennel, badminton, bordtennis, biljardbord, rundere, trampoline. 6-hulls fotballgolf rundt vårt område (mai til oktober). Nytt for 2018 eget spillrom for dager med dårlig vær. Nytt for sommeren 2019 Bueskyting. Vi garanterer at mellom det oppvarmede dekkede bassenget, boblebadet, spillrommet, fotballgolf, badminton og tennis i feltet og fotball og cricket i paddocken, vil du ikke bli lei hele helgen. Lytham krigshelg 18. og 19. august 2019. Blackpool gratis AIRSHOW 10. og 11. august, 2019. belysning slås på og musikkfestival fredag 30. august 2019. St Anne's International kite (normalt begynnelsen av september) Blackpool lyser opp september til november, verdensmesterskap i fyrverkeri i Blackpool hver fredag til september, 6., 13., 20. og 27. Lett bassengfestival oktober halvperiode. Eiendommen utleies normalt bare i helgene for å gi oss god tid i løpet av uken til å opprettholde vår høye standard. This property is in a lovely location, plenty of space for our “three generation” holiday. There’s so much to do here, the coveted swimming pool and games room, hot tub, extensive equipment for outdoor games and activities.Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, showing us around and recommending nearby places to visit.We loved our week together at Fletchers Hall.

We had a wonderful stay here - six adults and five children. So much to do with the pool, games room and outdoor space and equipment. The house itself it very well equipped with plenty of space to relax indoors and outdoors and the kitchen has everything you need to cater for a large group. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

What a fantastic property we were met by the host on arrival Jennifer very friendly and informative she walked us through everything, the facilities are fantastic whether it’s good weather or bad with covered heated swimming pool, a games room, tennis, football golf, hot tub, and horse shoes. Inside fully fitted kitchen, 2 dinning tables, large lounge and 6 on suite bedrooms highly recommended

We visited as a family of 10, aged 80-10years and the house catered for everyone. It was warm, welcoming and comfortable. The outdoor space and pool area was wonderful. The house had rooms for all, a great kitchen and living room for the family to gather. The location was good, private but only 10 mins from the beach. A wonderful chilled family weekend in a fabulous house, with great hosts who communicated well from the start. We would all love to go back.

Bedrooms and bedding very clean. Towels in every bedroom.Great having all rooms ensuite.Host was so easy to contact and very helpful. Thank you Jennifer.Hot tub fantastic and swimming pool great hit for all the family. Age range was 70s down to 3 years. Kitchen fully equipped. Plenty glasses, dishes and seating for all 10 of us. Had a great time playing tennis and boys playing footgolf. Little ones loved visiting the chickens. Within walking distance to one pub/restaurant. Great fish and chip shop (Olivers).Ate at Birley Arms and had excellent service and food. Recommended. Took car as too far to walk for our group.

Outstanding Property in Stunning Location

A perfect house for a family get together. 6 en-suite bedrooms, 2 large dining areas, acres of grounds with tennis court, jacuzzi and covered, heated swimming pool + games room. 11 of us were there for a week and never ran out of things to do! A v quiet location, yet close to nearby activities for those who want to explore the area.

Excellent house close to Lytham and the sea

Very nice house, it is a lot better than the photos, large area outside, fields and tennis. Children loved the pool and the games room. Hot tub was great too.

We were a large party and found the property and it's surroundings very spacious both indoors and outdoors. A lovely greeting by our host Jennifer that included bubbles to drink, flowers and a great starter pack in the kitchen including eggs from the property chickens. The bedrooms will large with double or twin beds and all en suite. The pool and hot tub were brilliant and well used along with the tennis, rackets and balls provided. There was an indoor games room with table tennis and pool along with other activities and we took advantage of the archery offered, great fun but harder than you think. We also used the bikes to cycle locally. There are shops and supermarkets all near and easily accessible. The kitchen had all you need to cook and prepare meals, also a great ice maker in the fridge, though evenings we ate out with lots of choice locally. The property was lovely, private and in a quiet area where we as a large family had great fun whilst also having a relaxing time.

Fletchers Hall

We had a 3-generation family holiday (11 in total) at Fletchers Hall. Superb, quirky building with mixture of old and new. Weather wasn't great so we made good use of pool, hot tub and indoor sports. Large outdoor area was great for footgolf, tennis, cricket and rounders.

What an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The place was spotless, cozy, and full of charm. Family Get Together

A lovely bank holiday weekend

We spent a lovely bank holiday weekend at Fletcher's Hall. It was clean, the dogs enjoyed running around the fields, the kids enjoyed the games room, hot tub and swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fletcher's Hall is positioned in quiet surroundings with easy access to Lytham and Blackpool.

A brilliant place for a special family celebration for 3 generations! We were met by the owner who gave us a tour of where everything is and it was very helpful.As it was a 70th birthday celebration she had put up banners and left fresh flowers and prosecco which was very welcome.We had amble space inside and out and each bedroom had en suites.The lounge had plenty of seating for 10 of us. So many options to sit together at mealtimes. The weather was so hot.We opted to eat outside in the evening and there were so many places to sit out during the day if you wanted to get some peace and quiet.It was very safe for the children too.As for activities there was so much. The large pool was so popular with all ages as was the games room.We were very close to shops and eating places yet it was very peaceful and private in the vast grounds.So much space for the kids to kick a ball or play tennis. It was very close to Lytham,Fairhaven Lake and St Annes for the beach,walks, shops and restaurants..Also close to Blackpool for entertainment. The kitchen had all we needed with a great range cooker and large american fridge. Highly recommend this lovely house and would definitely book again.

Fantastic Stay

Fletchers Hall is great property .The owners went out of their way the make a great stay with everything well organised. The hall itself is special, dripping with history while having everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is so much to do with the games room, swimming pool and jacuzzi all well used so the rain did not bother us and the TV was never used (nice change). The Location is great easily accessible with plenty to do in close proximity. Many thanks for a great stay, hopefully we will be back soon.

Excellent stay

Brilliant property with excellent amenities. The pool was great with the house itself having everything you could need. We had a mixed group and the grounds were great for all our age groups to run around in or play on. It was great to have tennis rackets etc supplied. Jennifer the host was friendly and super helpful

Great family venue

Everyone enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of Fletcher Hall with so much to do. The pool and games room were well used, especially by the children. It was warm and well equipped. The host recognised the occasions we were celebrating & left a few nice surprises. It is close to Lytham & St. Anne’s, which are lovely places to visit. We only had one issue which we discussed with the host, and will hopefully be addressed.

Impressive place.

Spent a weekend at Fletchers Hall, a lovely place, owner made a very nice effort to decorate (cards, banners, flowers and bubbly) the place for our celebrations. Over all very clean. Pool and hot tube excellent, although the pool water temperature on the Saturday was to cold to use, which was disappointing ,the owner did manage to get the temperature up by Sunday. The kitchen was very well equipped.

40th birthday celebration

Just spent a fabulous weekend at Fletchers hall with family celebrating our daughters 40th birthday. It truly is a special place with amazing facilities for both adults and children, made extra special with personal touches added by the host of decorations, flowers and fizz to add to our celebration. It’s a wow from us all from beginning to end. Thank you Jennifer and Phil.

Something for Everyone

Just spent a fun weekend at Fletchers Hall with family and friends. The swimming pool, hot tub and games room were a great hit with all generations!A very well equipped kitchen was waiting for those who wanted to dine in and soak up the relaxing atmosphere. There are lots of places to explore in the local area without having to travel too far. Jennifer was a caring host and added extra special touches for our stay, Bubbles and balloons for a Birthday and a 'spooktacular' halloween hut with fire pit and marshmallows for the younger ones. A great weekend and would recommend staying at Fletchers Hall. Thank you Jennifer.

Family Treat

Fletchers Hall was everything we wanted and more Property was fantastic for my family’s needs , the pool (absolutely beautiful heated and a perfect size we had great fun in it) the hot tub and the grounds also made the holiday … the lounge was massive but lovely to sit in all together.. weather wasn’t great so it was perfect to be able to play cards and all chat together.. ideal for all our ages.. 4-61 .. something for everyone.. Our host Jennifer was fantastic and even unloaded my overboard shopping when it arrived before us .. it was easy find , we had trips out to Lytham, which was buzzing .. Blackpool for the Pleasure Beach and the experience all within easy reach it was only 4 days so really we made use of all the facilities at hand …all in all I would definitely go back it would be so cosy in the winter also .. thank you Fletchers Hall ..
