«Enjoyed our one night stay. The weather was rather stormy while we were there so really did not get to explore the property/grounds. Though there is no front desk for check in, check in instructions were easy to follow and our reservation packet was waiting for us at the front door. Enjoyed our visit with Steve during breakfast. Room was clean and food was very good. We'll be back for another stay. »

«We were welcomed most graciously and shown to a most lovely room. The ambience made us feel immediately comfortable. The surrounding area was easily walkable for shopping or just enjoying the sights. Parking was no problem.»

«There is no other place in Texas I would rather be for a quick getaway than at the Lancaster Manor with Mrs. Connie and Mr. John. The French Room is home away from home, and at this visit, I had the eggs bennie instead of my usual Texas pancakes. YUM! Booking for stay #7 in June for my sister's birthday.»

«Wonderful host, great old house to explore, like a museum with a Brit twist! Great wrap around porch. Teacups, plentiful tea and coffee in room. Our suite was like an antique store, so many items to appreciate. Very clean accommodations. Short, easy walk to downtown Waxahachie, great breakfast places. Sweet town.»

«Great location for a girls golf trip. Stayed 2 nights and golfed three. Very close to casino. Plenty of beds for 8+. Manager extremely helpful and was easy to communicate with.»

«Asked for cleaning twice, they said they would do it, but when we came back nothing was cleaned. Not even new towels. The bathtub did not work. No restaurants to eat breakfast.»

«Incredibly friendly staff. Love the on site restaurant. Free parking is a plus! Only complaint is that I am on a work trip and wifi is terrible. »
