We got there around 4/5pm and there were no signs for the entrance/lobby, and when we finally found the area, nobody was there and we had to try and connect to the wifi to call someone to ask how to check in. They told us on the phone that the key was already in the door of our room. It would’ve been nice to know beforehand that there was no staff!»

«This was a great place to stay at in Sorrento! It is an actual palace, giving that sensation of time traveling with the modern commodities. This place felt like staying in a museum with all the beautiful decoration. It is clean, comfortable, staff is great, you get your lotus biscoff treat every night, they prepare your bed at night, and most importantly location is great! It is just a fee steps from the lift you must take to come up and down to the port. Love this place, would recommend and ...

«Ein schönes altes Gebäude mit schön gepflegter Außenanlage und schöner Terrasse zum Frühstücken.Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer für 4 Personen mit Balkon und Meerblick gebucht,bekamen zunächst ein wirklich schön großes Zimmer,allerdings ohne Balkon und als ich darum bat,ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu bekommen,war’s vorbei mit der Freundlichkeit.Wir konnten dann wechseln,hatten Balkon mit zumindest seitlichem Meerblick,aber das Zimmer war so klein, dass wir nicht mal die Koffer anständig öffnen ...

«We had a wonderful stay here in Aug 25. The place is amazing, the view great, the room clean and fresh! We had dinner here 6 out of 8 nights, very good food and excellent service. I have coeliac disease, and there were several options to choose from for breakfast. A warm croissant was ready for me every morning. Everyone is so welcoming and serviceminded. A spesial thanks to Pico who went above and beyond to secure we had a great stay. We will be back. »

Antonio kept in touch with us using the WhatsApp. He gave us tips on restaurants, transportation, and shortcuts The room was nice with a big shower, king size bed, a refrigerator, and an espresso maker.
