Fantastisk utsikt over byen
Bra beliggenhet, nær Metro og et kjøpesenter. Fantastisk utsikt over Praha fra rommet. Panorama er et bra navn på hotellet.

The hotel has seen it glory days. But its still a charm. The stuff is great. We arrived abit early after a long drive. But we got the room early. A plus for cheap carparking 😊.

Oppfylte ikke forventningene våre.
Vi fikk et rom som stank av tidl gjest, klimaanlegget fungerte ikke, varmen var ikke skrudd på. Rommet bar preg av å være gammelt og nok aldri pusset opp. Vi klaget på lukt, varme og klima og fikk beskjed om å åpne vinduet. Klimaanlegget ville etter hvert starte. En natt med lufting uten oppvarming holdt for oss. Neste dag vikk vi (motvillig og etter å ha klaget 2 ganger) nytt rom som var ok, men også dette rommet bar preg av elde. Frokosten var grei nok. Det blir nok ikke dette hotellet mer for vår del. For å skrive noe positivt: Betjeningen var korrekt og noen var direkte hyggelige. Lobbyen var veldig fin.

Flott hotell, fine rom med godt renhold. Servicen var veldig bra. Vi spiste på mezzo den første kvelden,ok mat men lang ventetid før vi fikk den.

Greit hotell, men veldig ukomfortabel seng. Ligger et stykke unna senter, men god tilknytning med kollektivt og uber. Casino på hotellet er ingenting og anbefale. Fint shoppingsentre et par hundre meter unna. Velger nok et nytt hotell ved neste reise.

Velger nok dette hotellet neste gang jeg skal til Praha. Et stykke unna gammelbyen, men med Metro'en så nært var dette kjempe flott. Hotellet har egne taxi'er som frakter til/fra flyplassen osv.

5 stjerners hotel
Flot hotel der man enkelt kommer sig til gamlebyen og andre severdigheter. Metro enkel å benytte. Fin restaurant, serviceminded staff, serverer også lokale specialiteter, noe som må være et must når man er i Prag. Rummene vi boede i blev rengjort fint. Hotellets beliggenhed ikke ideel hvis man er dårlig til bens og vil bruge Metroen, men det kan man jo se før man bestiller. Føler at vi fik mere end vi betalte for, så godt var det ophold.

Hotell mellom to byggeplaser
Vi var fire netter i denne hotellen. Rommet som var reservert og betalt med dobbeltseng var ikke ledig når vi kom og de tilby oss et annet rom med to enkeltsenger eller å betale et tillegg for annet rom. Etter lang samale fikk vi annet rom uten å betale noe. Vi kom på kvelden, men ble belastet for frokost og var ikke i frokostsalen. Hotellen ligger mellom to store byggeplasser og det er mye støy fra morgen tidlig til sent på kvelden. Også i helgen. Metro er i nærheten og det er lett å kome til sentrum. Også et butikksenter med rimelige priser enn i Paladium.

Høflig og serviceinnstilt betjening. Eget taxi-tilbud til ulike severdigheter, sentrum og flyplass med faste priser uten at disse kostet merkbart mer enn andre selskaper. Cafe, bar og restaurant dersom man vil bli på hotellet. Rolig område utenfor sentrum, med shoppingsenter i nærheten og ikke langt til diverse restauranter.

Alles prima. Immer genügend Personal an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück, an den Zimmern. Freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Englisch wird überall verstanden. Einzig beim Frühstück wurde das nicht benutzte Geschirr am Tisch gelassen und für die nächsten Gäste einfach wieder ergänzt. Nicht so prickelnd, denn hygienisch ist das nicht gerade.

Unfortunately we were practicing a technical-safety elevator’s check, so therefore the elevators had to be temporarily taken out of service for approx. 30 minutes. That of course could cause you an uneasy and uncomfortable situation and we are sincerely sorry for that. Booked a double/king-size bed for our wedding anniversary trip but on check in told they were all gone so only single beds available when I complained I wouldn’t have booked if I’d have known I was told it would be sorted… got to the room & 2 single beds had been pushed together it was so uncomfortable on our stay as beds kept separating throughout the nights, also room was facing a very large office block so could not open curtains as everyone could see in. There was some kind of chimney/ boiler outside window which rumbled 24 hours very noisy! Would not return to this hotel.

Property was clean, room was comfortable and the facilities were great. Only downside was restaurant seem disorganized, unsure where dining was open/closed and servers seemed to lack initiative to take tables

We did not like the breakfast at all sadly, especially for the price. The room and bathroom were clean in general. But the hair dryer and shower were a bit outdated. The wellness center was also ok, but not nearly like the pictures. Also the sauna was unisex, and as women kind of uncomfortable as only men were there (but that’s more of a preference) The service overall was very nice.
