Urolig flott hotell, utsøkt beliggenhet kun få meter fra torget, med meget bra service. Hyggelig frokost rom.

Perfekt läge, nära till allt. Fint rum lite dåligt med utrymmen att vistas utanför rummet. Bar öppen bara lördag och söndag vintertid. För övrigt helt topp hygglig personal.

Meget god. Bilen ble ikke levert til hotellet som avtalt. Management tok tak og det fikk en god løsning.

Vi er kjempefornøyde og kommer gjerne tilbake!
Ventana hotel var helt midt i blinken, med utmerket beliggenhet, god service, stort rom og bad, rikelig med garderobeskap, stille selv om det er sentralt og kort vei til torget og med uteservering og gågater. Meget god frokost og veldig god kaffe.

Beautiful small hotel in center of Prague
We were 2 couples staying 4 days in Prague to celebrate a wedding anniversary. We were greeted with sparkling wine & so happy with our spacious rooms, service impeccable, breakfast with all one could wish. But the best thing of all is the location! Right center of everything to see and do. We'll definitely choose this hotel again.

Koselig hotell med fin beliggenhet og hyggelig betjening. Levde ikke helt opp til fem stjerner - savnet utsikt fra rommet. Veldig dårlig nettforbindelse og trekk for dårlig utvalg av TV-kanaler. God frokost!

Flott hotell sentralt i gamlebyen
Veldrevet hotell med sentral beliggenhet med gåavstand til alt. Vi valgte superior-rom. Store hyggelige rom med store og gode senger. Våre rom lå inn mot bakgården og var helt stille. Pent bad med badekar. Supert frokostbord med alt man kan ønske seg. Hyggelig og meget hjelpsom betjening i resepsjonen. Vi drar gjerne tilbake til dette hotellet.

Alt stemte! Hyggelig stab, svært hjelpsomme. Store, rene værelser m utsikt. Utmerket badeværelse. Hyggelig frokost m eftermidagskaffe senere på dagen. Vi kommer igjen!

Egentlig en skuffelse
Jeg valgte Ventana ut fra beligenhet og tidligere omtaler - ikke minst med et gjennomsnittskarakter her på 4,8. Hotellet er gammelt og bærer preg av det. Greit rom og seng, men "slappe" puter. Fint bad med badekar. Ny heis, men forferdelig treg, slik at en heller tok trappen! Middelmådig frokost. Gammel TV uten verken radio eller betalkanaler. Ikke romservice. Jeg fatter ikke hva slags rom de har hatt som har gitt dette hotellet toppkarakter, for meg var dette en skuffelse; ikke minst i forhold til 6 tidligere Prahaopphold på både billigere og bedre hoteller.

Utmerket hotell
Full score på alt. Ikke noe prangende hotell, men høy standard, rent, fine rom, gode senger og ikke minst hyggelig betjening. Og frokosten, som var inkludert i vårt tilfelle, var veldig god. Moderat størrelse på hotellet gir et personlig preg. Fant ingen ting som trakk ned. Det innebærer også at vi mener det var verdt prisen.

Fantastisk
Hotellets beliggenhet,( gangavstand til det meste)er unik så nære old town squere men samtidig rolig og tilbaketrukkent fra folke støyen der. Hotellet er fantastisk trivelig med store og rene rom. Fantastisk trivelig stab som får en til å føle seg spesiell og velkommen. Dette er vårt hotell da dette ikke blir siste tur til Praha

Midt i smørøyet
Med få steg fra torget i Gammelbyen, så hadde vi et fantastisk opphold på et gammelt, men vakkert hotell. Flott velkomst, rene fellesområder og veldig komfortabelt rom. Dette hotellet vil vi gjerne benytte igjen, og vil varmt anbefale det videre.

Excellent location with views of Old Town square. We felt like we could touch the cathedral next to us. Elegant and relaxing. Rooms very quiet despite being in the heart of Old Town. Lovely breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff.

朝食が美味しく、スタッフもフレンドリーで安心できました。今回は最上階の宿泊でしたが、バス、トイレ、ベッドが屋根裏部屋のような場所にありました。1階と2階を移動しなければならず、旅で疲れている体には少しこたえました。

I have stayed at this property before on more than one occasion. It is a superb hotel. I stayed in the superior double room which has a lot of space and has everything to meet your needs. The location is only a few minutes walk from the Old Square. I would recommend either bus 119 and metro to Starometska and a short walk or email the hotel and they will arrange a car to meet you at the airport. Breakfast is excellent, the room was cleaned to the highest level. The staff were always helpful and welcoming. The concierge’s English was good which helped me. Prague is a wonderful city to visit and I will be back and will stay at the Ventana.

お勧め。また泊まりたい。
中心の広場のすぐ近くで観光をするのに非常に便利。大体どこへでも歩いて行ける。部屋によっては良い景色も見られるのではないかと思う。最上階のロフト部屋は中2階の風呂場を含む2階造りで、長期滞在には寝室とそれ以外が分けられて快適。

Everyone was helpful especially the concierge on staff the weekend we were there 12/15 and 16 2023. We checked out very early and were given a to go breakfast. Wonderful stay

This hotel was a great value, terrific location, wonderful breakfast. Special thanks to the front desk personnel who were very helpful especially Haurdin. To upgrade hotel I would say bed linens/pillows could be of better quality.
