Fantastisk hotell og vertskap
Vi hadde gleden av å besøke The Mozart Pargue tidlig i desember. Vi hadde ett fantastisk opphold. Selv om mye av det offentlige julemarkedet i Prague er ganske kommersielt, så hadde hotellet sitt eget fantastiske julemarked, med mange boder med hjemmelaget øl, kaker, håndtverk også videre. I tillegg var det fremføring av julesanger fra kor i alle aldre, igjennom hele dagen. På kveldene så var det konserter på scenen :-) Totalt ett veldig ekslusivt hotell med strålende service, og en atmosfære man bare kan drømme om :-)

Alt i alt er jeg veldig fornøyd, eneste jeg synes var litt stusselig var treningsmulighetene, trangt rom med kjipt utstyr. Anbefaler ellers hotellet på det sterkeste:)

Great hotel and amazing service! The only "bad" thing was that our room was right above the restaurant and smelled of cooking all the time..

Fantastisk hotell med flotte rom og flinke ansatte
Fantastisk hotell. Fine store rom og meget behjelpelig ansatte. Vi ble oppgradert og de var flinke til å fortelle om de beste stedene å spise og severdigheter i byen. Det er et historisk hotell. Bra lokasjon til severdighet, butikker og gode restauranter. God frokost og hotellet har en pizzeria hvis man ønsker noe enkelt som man kan spise på rommet😀

Week end opphold
Et flott hotel som ligger meget sentralt. Staben er meget hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Veldig bra service og god mat. Flott informasjon og tilbud om aktiviteter i Praha. Store og rene rom. Transport fra og til flyplassen ble ivaretatt på en utmerket måte. Alt i alt et meget vellykket week end opphold.

En historisk perle
Vi hadde et supert opphold. Servicen var god. Rent og pent. Vi fikk et stort soverom og et enormt oppholdsrom med alt vi behøvde. Det kan være litt kaldt på rommet i den kalde sesongen - så spør etter ekstra varmeovn og dyner. Hotellet ligger super sentralt. Vi kan varmt anbefale hotellet - som er en liten perle. Kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake!

Great service and location!
Actually we never got as far as to stay at the Pachtuv Palace! When we arrived, they had just had a large water leakage the night before and needed to evacuate half of the Hotel! The staff was very friendly and found another 5 star Hotel in the middle of the city (shopping area) for us. They drove us there for free, and also picked us up at this Hotel for free to take us back to the airport when we left. Thus I can only say that the service was friendly, professional and worth their 5 stars. The location is just by the Karls Bridge, but we did not stay there!

Nydelig og veldig sentralt hotell!
Fikk et utrolig flott og stort rom i herskapelig stil. Vi kalte rommet heller leiligheten vår, enn rommet vårt, da det bestod av soverom, sofagruppe, minikjøkken, spiseplass, kontor og bad (Vi hadde bestilt dobbeltrom deluxe). Sengen var vidunderlig! Eneste minuset med oppholdet, var at vi manglet varmtvann i perioder, men hotellet ordnet dette meget raskt da vi ga beskjed. Hotellet har perfekt og veldig sentral beliggenhet, like ved Karlsboren. Besøker gjerne dette hotellet igjen!

One of the best hotels in Prague
This hotel has everything. It's right in the middle of Prague. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly and always helpful. Superb service. The lobby looked amazing as well as all the other areas. The hotel room was super clean and magnificent. I will definitely come back and enjoy another stay!

Topp beliggenhet
Veldig sentralt, men stille og rolig. Utrolig vakket gårdsrom som mange av rommene vender mot. God mottakelse, - vi fikk et glass bobler mens vi ventet på rommet - som vi fikk tilgang til selvom vi kom flere timer før normal innsjekking. Ok frokost, litt harde senger, veldig hyggelig personale med gode middagstips. Kjempestort rom med stor sjarm om ikke utsøkt stil.

Vi har bare positive tilbakemeldinger til dette hotellet. Vi møtte en veldig hyggelig betjening som også hjalp til med bordbestilling på restauranter og tips til shopping. Rommene vi hadde var suiter med flere soverom og flere bad til en ikke avskrekkende pris. Flott utsikt over elven og 100 meter til Karlsbroen. Frokosten var ikke inkludert i vår bestilling, men vi valgte likevel å betale et daglig tillegg for å spise frokost i hotellets restaurant. Utvalget der var helt i orden. Er dere mange kan det være lurt å reservere et bord til frokost slik at alle kan sitte sammen.

Allerede ved ankomst fikk vi en særdeles hyggelig mottagelse (ble servert musserende vin mens vi ventet på innsjekking). Vi ankom ganske tidlig, og hadde egentlig forberedt oss på å måtte vente en god stund før rommet ble tilgjengelig. Likevel tok det kun kort tid (selv om det skulle settes inn en ekstraseng til 11-åringen vår). Betjeningen var profesjonelle og hyggelige og snakket godt engelsk. Rommet vi fikk var i den innerste delen av bygget og imponerte stort (grunnflaten var vel bortimot det huset vårt har, med en takhøyde på sikkert fire meter). Tror dessuten det var det stilleste hotellrommet jeg har vært på, noe som kombinert med en veldig komfortabel seng gjorde at vi sov veldig godt! Selv om det var fantastisk stille og rolig er beliggenheten suveren - kun et par minutters gange til Karlsbroen. Testet restauranten, samt bestilte roomservice en gang, og ble slett ikke skuffet over den heller! Vi måtte dessverre reise veldig tidlig på morgenen, men dette var ikke noe problem - hotellet har egen "limousinservice" som vi betalte via hotellregningen (kostet marginalt mer enn taxi, og det var ingen fare for å bli lurt....). Alt i alt kan Pachtuv Palace anbefales på det varmeset, og vi kommer sikkert igjen !

The hotel is older, but very nicely updated to give modern amenities - exactly what I'm looking for in an old city like Prague. The view was across the water of Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle/Cathedral. Amazing. Right on the Edge of Old Town, it was a quick walk to sights, shops, restaurants, etc. Everyone working there was great, but Kirill, at the night desk, was particularly amazing. Super helpful, great problem solver. I will be staying here again.

This property is beautiful and perfectly situated close to the Charles Bridge. The staff is amazing. Our suite was so pretty with an amazing view of the river. Perfect in every way!

The location of this hotel can’t be beat. We stayed in a family suite and expected two bedrooms but we had a three bedroom and full three bathrooms! Everything was beautiful- the furniture, decor, flooring- It all felt very elegant. Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Denisa and the other persons at the front who always greeted us with smiles. The breakfast options were okay but the staff in the dining room for both breakfast and dinner were always very nice. We were lucky to be there the weekend of a charity event being held in the two courtyards and everything was decorated so beautifully for Christmas! Such an easy walk to the markets, a great view of the bridge from our room, and all so clean. I definitely will return to this hotel! Thank you to everyone!

Rarely, very rarely, do we have such genuine, warm personal relationships with a hotel team. That comes from leadership. We were treated like family and embraced. Great property, location, and people. Bravo!

Staff was friendly, accommodating and very professional. Our Nespresso wasn’t working so the 2 days that we stayed they brought us coffee to our room. We also had white wine waiting when we arrived with a nice thank you note!! Thanks to Oxana, Denisa, Kiriel and Pedro for making our experience pleasant!!

Great stay
The location Is unbeatable. Staff are so friendly and professional. The sauna was top notch. The only thing was room was a bit smaller than the picture.
