Supert hotel
Utrolig flott hotel med en nydelig hage! Vi storkoste oss med alt de hadde å by på. Eneste som trekker ned for vår del var rommet. Vi hadde ett rom med to etasjer hvor sengen var i den øverste. Ettersom dette var på en varm tid på året ble det også fryktelig varmt på rommet, men det var ingen varmeregulering å oppdrive og ingen vinduer til å lufte med i den etasjen. Ble en del søvnløse netter! Anbefaler hotellet på det varmeste men unngå dette rommet i varme (og kanskje kalde måneder)

Great hotel
Great hotel, with a good location. We had to change rooms, after the first room was very disappointing compared to the standard we had wanted. But our second room was nice. Very comfortable beds and nice staff.

This is a lovely hotel with great staff
This is a lovely hotel with great staff and a perfect location. The only thing one could possibly fault is the fact that it isn't terribly distinctive, but that is a minor issue. The garden is great.

Anbefales!
Et hotell med super service, flotte rom, bra beliggenhet, i det hele tatt var jeg veldig godt fornøyd. Er en del på hotell og generelt synes jeg Kempinski hotellene er bra jevnt over. Eneste som var bedre på denne reisen var Carlton Ritz hotellet i Wien, men det var også litt dyrere.....

Kempinski Hybernska - Luksus i sentrum
Hvis du vil betale litt ekstra og få mye ekstra luksus er dette stedet å være. Utefor sesnongen trenger det ikke å bli så dyrt og det er absolutt verdt det! Menneskene som jobber her er også utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Hotellet ligger bare noen meter fra Powder Tower og Smetana Hallen hvor de har klassiske konserter hver dag. Shoppinggater og senter er heller ikke langt unna. Dette er et sted jeg ser frem til å komme tilbake til!

Location is amazing for seeing the sights, shopping, restaurants. Hotel is quiet. Staff is fantastic, especially the Porter Bilal. Front desk terrific. Olga the concierge also very helpful. Garden restaurant great for lunch or drinks.

Perfect hotel!
The hotel is perfect! Located in the middle of the city center. The stuff is very helpful and we were upgraded for a very nice room. The only problem was that the heating system didn't operate well and the bath was too high and a bit complicated to enter in.

Unfortunately we were not informed ahead of our arrival that the pool and spa were closed on the two days we were staying at the property. We were offered to use the facilities of another hotel 1/4 mile away but that simply dies not cut it. If we had been told beforehand we probably would have gone elsewhere.

Sanitation is an annualy obligatory practice and is essential to keep up with hygiene standards. I booked this hotel as a surprise for my husbands birthday and as it seemed to be in a good location and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions Definitely chose the right one, hotel itself was lovely and our suite with a large balcony was fantastic, and very big Prague is a beautiful city and staying here & being so close to everything was a bonus as we walked to everything.

I wish we could have more rooms to give you upgrade. Unfortunately we were fully booked and the upgrade was not possible. The upgrade is a subject of availability. We give opportunity to chambermaids from Ukraine to work here and as you found out they do not speak english well. But there is always a receptionist, bellboys, concierge or other emloyees to help. Great location! 5 minutes walk to old town square. Helpful and efficient staff. Spacious suite on 6th floor. Wonderful garden serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Live piano music. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. Will return for sure!
