The studio features a unique layout to separate sleeping and living areas:

SLEEPING AREA: The apartment is divided into distinct zones: the main sleeping area features a luxurious queen-sized bed built onto a raised platform, complete with integrated storage drawers. The second double sleeping space is provided by a quality transformed sofa/daybed in a separate alcove

LIVING&DINNING AREA: A cozy, custom-built dining nook with a wooden bench and chairs is perfect for meals or work. The dining area includes a table and seating for four, right next to the kitchen.

Kitchenette: A sleek, fully-integrated white kitchen with wooden upper cabinets, a marble-effect backsplash, modern appliances (including a built-in oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine), and a sink.

BATHROOM: A pristine, separate bathroom with a contemporary vanity, large mirror, and a walk-in glass shower featuring stylish dark mosaic tiling.

PRIVATE BALCONY: Accessible directly from the main living area through large glass doors, offering you a precious outdoor space.

Every detail, from the ambient lighting to the decorative Crosley record player, has been chosen to provide a stylish and homey atmosphere.

Kindly be informed that as per legal regulations, we are required to register all guests and collect a city tax of 50 CZK per person per night. We will send you a payment link shortly before your stay or we settle it during check-in. Please note that this includes a small processing fee.
