Fint hotell, med fin beliggenhet, nær O2arena.
Fint hotell med enkel og god frokost. Vi bodde her fordi det var så nærme konsertlokale O2arena, og er veldig fornøyd med beliggenheten. Det ligger i tillegg rett ved siden av et kjekt kjøpesenter. Kort vei til trikken som tok 20-25 min til gamlebyen. Og rundt 25 min bil til flyplassen. Fint rom og god størrelse på badet. Veldig fornøyd.

I felt the location and the environment was quite very central. The room was modern and the solutions good. The staff was professional and they solved the tasks good. Some of the common areas was not kept in shape, but generally OK.

Front desk staff extremely friendly and very well versed in English. Abraham and Carel made us feel at home. Location was perfect to the O2 arena and safe area for bars and restaurants. Huge thank you for the upgraded room. We will be back for sure!!

First they didn't get the message I sent through expedia, we had to wait until they changed a room from a double bed, to a room with two single beds, it took a while and we were very tired, odd disappointed with expedia's service, the hotel is not at a four star standard, maybe three barely, uncomfortable beds at all, not only in my opinion, the whole group complained about it, also the showers are very bsmall A large person will experience a problem there

Lovely Hotel, stayed 3 nights for a medical trip with a further upcoming trip booked. Staff were fantastic and assisted with all requests for info on touring, transport etc. Also facilitated an early check in and a late check out. The breakfast spread was vast and delicious. The metro and tram lines are right beside the hotel so you can be in central Prague very quickly and easily. Highly recommend this hotel.

First and most importantly all of the staff were so friendly. I don't mean friendly like a professional would be because it's their job, I mean genuinely friendly. They went out of their way to be as friendly and helpful as possible. The Hotel Carol had everything we needed and the restaurant was good for dinner and better for breakfast. It was just a few blocks from the O2 Arena which was why we were there. If I had one complaint, it would be the design of the shower. There was no shower curtain, just a (less than) half wall of glass that did a poor job of keeping the water in the shower. Otherwise, I could not have asked for a better place to stay

Leider wollte uns der junge Rezptionist keine Garage verkaufen da wir keine Reservoerung hätten.Nach Rücksprachexmit Hausmanager konnten wir in die Garage wo mindestens noch 6 Plätze frei waren. Der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer hatte keine Sender es wahr auch kein Reciver oder 2.Fernbedienung zu sehen. Trotzdem werde ich wiederkommen da das Hotel sehr viele Vorteile hat. Es ist eine gute Lage nicht weit von O2 Arena und großem Einkaufszentrum.

Hotel was amazing, all the staff were friendly and helped us with everything. Breakfast was amazing. They have a restaurant part of the hotel which had amazing food. The room was great and the bed was very comfy!!

Ihana pikku hotelli
Oli aivan ihana hotelli, ihana huone ja todella hyvät sängyt jopa levitettävä sohva oli todella hyvä nukkua. Aamupala oli hyvä, minimalistinen mutta kaikki tarvittava löytyi ja vatsa täyttyi. Miinuksena voisi mainita että uima-allas ei ollut käytössä. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä.

Ottima struttura pulita organizzata ben tenuta Personale gentile educato attento è disponibile nonostante non conoscevamo la lingua del posto…. Ottima la colazione varia e buona … L’ unica pecca l’aria condizionata nelle camere ancora non presente forse perché non sono abituati al caldo eccezionale del Ferragosto di quest’anno

Enjoyable stay!
We enjoyed our stay! From the reception staff greeting at our arrival to making me tea while waiting in the lobby, and to a wonderful dinner at the Hummus Bar, we had a great time. Room was comfortable and clean, felt like recently remodeled.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel room was nice and clean. The metro station was very close so it was easy to quickly get to the city center. The breakfast was sufficient, nothing special. The only thing that bothered us was the bad wifi connection which we did not use once during our stay.

The hotel is in a lovely quiet residential area away from the business of tourists. It has a Tesco extra near and a good few restaurants serving local cuisine around it. The reception and lower level of the hotel is beautiful, very stylish and welcoming. However, we found the rooms to be very basic, very clean but very basic and quite compact. Also the bed has a very hard mattress and only came with 1 pillow each (although we did request extra which were provided). The bathroom again is very clean but very small and only provides one bottle of all in one 'hand, hair and body wash'. Staff were very friendly. I wouldn't stay here again due to the uncomfortable bed.
