Excellent service! Enjoyed our stay
We had a comfortable stay, with a quick check in, neat and clean rooms, spacious lobby, restaurant with a good healthy breakfast, and good wifi. Staff was courteous, informative and helpfull at the reception and restaurant.There is a small jewellary shop next to the reception with good quality precious stone jewellary. Bought earings from there since the prices were lower than the shops outside the hotel. Recommend stay at this hotel.

Fin beliggenhet - store å fine rom. Elendig innsjekking på fredag. Ankommer hotellet kl 10.30 - ingen innsjekk mulighet før kl 15.00. Utrolig frekk og arrogant resepsjonist.

Flott hotel som ligger i gangavstand til sentrum. Var der når det var julemarkeder og det var utrolig flott. Kommer gjerne tilbake og bruke det samme hotellet.

Fint hotel, men litt harde senger. Rommet låg ut mot plassen og det var til tider mye støy. Litt lytt i gangene og når noen lukket døren, så slamret den igjen. Det kunne vært en sittestol til på rommet og de burde vært bedre å sitte i. Den røde stolen som var der, gled man ut av. Speilene var enten malplassert eller så var det for langt å rekke frem til å kunne se seg i det, så det hadde absolutt gjort seg med et forstørrelses speil på badet. Det var ingen kontakter ved sengen. Så om en ønsker å se en film på iphad og den har lite lading, så er det kun en ladestasjon på bordet under tv’n på rommet. Så det kan bli en lang pause i filmen. I gaten fra Palledium og ned til hotellet var dessverre en del kloakk lukt. Greit med spa og massasje i underetasjen. Det står på Hotels sin hjemmeside at det er mulig for roomservice, men det er det ikke slik som en tenker. Man kan bestille mat, men man må hente den selv.

Very nice in quiet but central location
Very nice hotel within walking distance to all the fuzz and the old town. A quiet street just minutes away from everything you need. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast with a great variety of food. I would stay here again. The hotel also had massage options in the basement which was perfect after days with a lot of walking.

Resepsjonistene Stefan og Tomas var spesielt servisinnstilt og også vaktmesteren. Vi kjørte motorsykkel fra Norge og kom ut for et forferdelig vær. Da vi kom fram sent på kvelden var vi våte og kalde. Gutta i resepsjonen tok klærne og fikk tørket de. Vi hadde fått feil på baklysene og de fixet vaktmesteren og vi kunne kjøre videre neste dag. Supert hotel og ikke så dyrt, anbefales på det sterkeste. Ligger midt i smørøyet i Praha

The hotel was in great walking distance to a lot of the attractions in Prague. The breakfast was good, a large selection of options. The room was a little tired and the towels are tiny.

We stayed here with our four teenage children- three to a room. The rooms were fine, though the rooms were warm at night. The included breakfast was wonderful. The staff was not particularly friendly.

This was an amazing hotel to stay in, the room was big and clean, the bed was large and bedding was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and nice to use. Hotel is very central and within walking distance of old town and some very good Restaurants. Would recommend staying here.

They asked me for my visa to be legally in the country despite having already provided my passport as proof of identification. They proceeded to look into my passport, didn't even see the visa, and still proceeded to check me in - which begs the question why they were asking for my visa in the first place. I still wonder if they are trained to be immigration officers, but I'm strongly tempted to believe they are not. Something to consider before booking if you're sensitive to such discriminatory policies.
