«Disappointed in the lack of accessible features even the front door's button to access the door coming and going didn't work and for people already struggling with bags trying to hold the door and bring bags in a struggle let alone a handicapable person. Breakfast was okay towels were refreshed but beds not made seemed bare minimum in many places. »
