We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.check-in takes place and key collection takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Three-room apartment 2/4 beds
Large and bright apartment located on the first floor of a private property. There is only one bedroom, a double bedroom with access to the balcony with sea view. Kitchen. Living room equipped with a small table and a comfortable double sofa bed (* photos are missing, as it was equipped in 2025 with new furniture, before there was a bedroom but there was no indoor dining area). The strong point is undoubtedly the terrace with sea view equipped with a table and chairs for eating outside.

- in common with the other apartments external shower and washing machine and bbq area; private parking space about 50 meters from the apartment

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not allowed
- pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in: from 16.00 to 19.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- check-out scheduled for 09:00
