You will be just 450 meters from the Viste beach, which opens into the Gulf of Piombino, giving a sense of infinity. The first beach of the splendid Costa Bianca, Le Ghiaie, is 1 km away, while within a radius of 2 km you can also reach Padulella and Capo Bianco.

- from mid-June to mid-September the area is limited to traffic for cars (Ztl)
- the structure is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or the elderly, as the historic center is full of stairways and alleys
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio. Travelers on foot are asked to inform our staff so that we can organize an easier key collection.
