The social area follows an open-plan layout, connecting the living room, dining space and kitchenette.

Just a short walk away, you’ll find the iconic Casa da Música, as well as Avenida da Boavista, one of the city’s main avenues, lined with cafés, restaurants, shops, and services. Public transport options in the area are very convenient, given the central location on Rua de Gonçalo Sampaio, in Porto:

Casa da Música metro station is within a short walking distance (around 15min) offering direct connections across the city, including the airport and downtown Porto
Several bus stops along Avenida da Boavista provide easy access to different parts of the city
São Bento train station is easily reachable via metro or a short taxi ride, connecting you to regional and national rail services

For greater flexibility when exploring Porto, visiting the riverside areas, or reaching the beaches of Foz and Matosinhos, public transport is a strong option, but a car can also be convenient depending on your plans.

￫ The property is self-catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a welcome gesture only — replacements or refills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 28 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers check-out cleaning only. Extra cleaning services or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an additional fee — these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out must be completed by 11:00. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ During the stay, guests are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. If a technician is required for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, any associated costs will be the guest’s responsibility. In case of key loss, a penalty will apply.
￫ A crib and baby chair are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding EUR150 will be charged separately. By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
