Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this accommodation features an inviting open-plan living area with a kitchen. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a practical folding dining table and a TV, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and plan your itinerary.

The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features an electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave, hob, mini-fridge and other practical appliances to assist you in your day-to-day life.

Heading upstairs, you will discover the main bedroom, which has a special charm thanks to its beautiful ceiling with exposed wooden beams. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe so you can keep your belongings neatly organised.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that access to the property is through a typical shared exterior passageway with the neighbourhood; although it has a more rustic appearance and a somewhat uneven floor that reflects the age and authenticity of the area, this path will lead you to a fully renovated, safe and peaceful interior retreat.

Located in the heart of Porto's famous "Arts Quarter", one of the most dynamic, creative and avant-garde areas of the city. The energy of this neighbourhood is absolutely unique, vibrating with a cosmopolitan, young and artistic atmosphere that blends harmoniously with traditional residential charm. Walking along Rua de Miguel Bombarda, you will find yourself surrounded by the city's largest concentration of contemporary art galleries, innovative design shops, local creators' studios, independent bookshops and concept cafés perfect for brunch. On the days of the renowned "Simultaneous Openings", this very street transforms into a true open-air celebration of culture and community that attracts enthusiasts from all over the world.

Despite enjoying this alternative and relaxed atmosphere, Porto's Historic Centre (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is just a short and pleasant walk away from Rua de Miguel Bombarda. Within a few minutes on foot, you can visit the mythical Lello Bookshop, admire the azulejos of Igreja do Carmo or climb the steps of the imposing Torre dos Clérigos. Its central location allows you to explore the main monuments, the lively Aliados area and the iconic nightlife of "Galerias de Paris" with ease, before returning to the inspiring tranquillity of the Arts Quarter to recharge.

In addition to being the ideal starting point for exploring the city on foot, its location on Rua de Miguel Bombarda offers an excellent logistical base to discover other great treasures of Northern Portugal. With easy access to public transport and major roads, you can easily plan unforgettable day trips. Head east to marvel at the wine terraces of the Douro Valley or travel to cities of great historical and cultural importance, such as Guimarães (the ancient cradle of the nation with its medieval castle), Braga (famous for the grandeur of its sanctuaries and Roman heritage), or the charming and romantic coastal city of Aveiro, known as the "Portuguese Venice" due to its canals and traditional moliceiro boats.

Trindade metro station is the nearest, with direct connections to various points in Porto and to Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport in approximately 35 minutes.

By bus, STCP has several lines in the area with frequent connections throughout the city.

On foot, you can easily reach Jardim do Palácio de Cristal, Foz do Douro, Baixa do Porto and Ribeira in just a few minutes on foot or by public transport.

By car, access to the Via de Cintura Interna (VCI) is just a few minutes away, making it easy to travel to any part of the city and surrounding areas.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport is approximately 20 to 25 minutes by car or around 35 minutes by metro. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are easily available in the area.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
