Just steps from your door, you will find the stunning Parque da Cidade (Porto's largest green lung), an idyllic space with lakes and trails, perfect for morning walks, sports or a relaxing picnic. It is a safe and refined neighbourhood, dotted with charming cafés, local grocery shops and excellent restaurants.

The great magic of this location is offering a seaside retreat without sacrificing proximity to the heart of the city. A short walk will take you to the Atlantic seafront and the elegant Foz promenade, lined with terraces, the romantic Pérgola da Foz, welcoming beaches (such as Praia do Homem do Leme) and the imposing Castelo do Queijo. To explore Porto's vibrant historic centre, a short bus ride, taxi/Uber, or — for a truly memorable experience — a ride on the picturesque Historic Tram that runs along the Douro riverfront all the way to the iconic Praça da Ribeira. By car, Porto city centre is just 5 to 10 minutes away. We recommend using Uber or Bolt for getting around the city. Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away by car.

This property has a self check-in system with a key box (padlock), and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Parking: Free street parking is available. Parking is not marked, but you may park as local residents do, as long as you do not obstruct entrances or traffic.
