1. Evalina Hotel
Evalina HotelOld Port, 3 km fra Portland Transportation Center
10.0 av 10, Suverent, (14 anmeldelser)
«Centrally located in the Old Port, with views of the harbor, this was a last minute — therefore pricey — excellent find for a fall weekend getaway. Stylish, elegant rehab of 19th century granite industrial building. Whimsical decor notes referring to 19th century owner Evalina Fox. Nicely appointed kitchenette — though if you came to Portland for the foodie scene, you might end up just using it for breakfast, as we did. Only sour note was the disco music (coming in via the ventilation ...

«Checked in, verified with email and my ID. Was checked in under the wrong name, for the wrong length of stay, and charged our credit card. I caught the mistake and then had to go through the entire checkin process again, verified it once again and then was charged for my actual stay. So we had a double charge on our card and had to wait for the refund even though it was no fault of our own. Our room was decent but the bathroom floor was disgusting. Baseboards were caked in filth. Every ...

«Hotel was satisfactory. Room was clean although the bathroom needs to be repainted. Staff was accommodating. No real issues or concerns aside from the fact that its location is several blocks away from the seaport activities. Also the parking spaces underneath the hotel are not really designed for todays SUV's its kind of tight.
I might consider it again but most likely would choose something a bit closer to the seaport due to its location.»
