West End Chic is an large, old home built in 1867. While much of the first floor has been beautifully updated with modern finishes, the second and third floor maintain their period charm and character.

AIR CONDITIONING:
This home does not have central air.
- Air conditioning (window units) is only available on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house. Every room on those floors has A/C.
- The first floor does not have A/C, but there are fans available. This part of the house is very well shaded and does not typically require air conditioning.

FIRST FLOOR:
The first floor is a wonderful place to gather with friends and family!
