Portland 2 bedroom
Overall ok but the linens and bed covers were old, frayed etc. We used the living room futon for guest #3 (it’s old and pleather) and found linens and a coverlet for it balled up on the floor in a closet, yuk, and the wrong size for it. Management did bring over replacements that evening. Hopefully new sheets and coverlets appear before the next rental. Be aware of all the stairs (2nd floor) if you have to drag suitcases up and down. And you have to stack cars for parking in the driveway by coordinating with other guests so there’s that. But if you’re in ok shape walking to town is ok but hilly.

Girlfriend get-together
My girlfriends and I got together for several days in Portland. This place was perfect for us. It provided us enough space and comfortable beds. The apartment was stocked well. We liked the neighborhood and felt safe. We were able to walk to most places. The few things we would recommend: the hall is prone to slips and needs something. Also the door to the bathroom is awkward with gaps. We were girlfriends and ok with each other but if we were mixed company this would not be ok. We would rent again. Thank you

Great second floor apartment, located in the quaint Munjoy Hhill area. Kathy was a great hostess with excellent communication. We really enjoyed our stay!

Sister get together
I from Boston and sister and brother-in-law from Chicago had 2d and 3rd floor units. It was perfect for us, plus they had rooftop deck we all enjoyed. Fantastic views up there of Casco Bay and sunsets.

Very cool flat
This flat is maintained very well. The host is very attentive to every request. She goes above and beyond to make one feel comfortable. It’s really clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the temperature is easily controlled between warm and cool. The kitchen has everything you need but minimalist in nature. Sweet little porch balcony off the kitchen. The only thing to note is it’s not located centrally in downtown. It’s a little under a mile walk to the ferry and a bit hilly. Fine for most unless you are like us and have a teen with some mobility issues. Overall we stayed here again as the host and flat are both wonderful!

Great location
Cute apartment in a great location! Nice and clean and easy to get to. This was a perfect spot for my family to stay so we could visit my son who just moved to Portland. Indoor barn doors are stylish but don’t offer a huge amount of privacy for the bathroom. It wasn’t that big of a deal, but just a heads up. Lots of outdoor dining close to this spot - awesome food! Definitely recommend a stay!

Quirky and cool place in a great location.
Property was exactly as advertised. Property manager was friendly and responsive. Location is great for easy access to downtown and just a few blocks from the Eastern Promenade, which offers great views of the bay.

Excellent location with plenty of space!
This was a perfect spot for our family Christmas. We had room to open presents, play game, and cook in the kitchen. We walked almost everywhere we went. It was close to some of the best eateries, breweries, and shops in Portland. I highly recommend this property!

Enjoyed our stay. The property was great and we were impressed by the Portland Food Scene. Kathy was great to deal with and gave us great information that made our stay more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again if we get back to Portland.

Fantastic East End Location
We stayed on the 2nd floor of this three floor building and loved it. Location is close to anything you could want including restaurants and local activities. The thing that made it stand out is the owner, Kathy. She’s friendly, communicative, and works to make sure her guests have a great experience. Would stay here again anytime! Thanks, Kathy. 🙂

Warm and welcoming
The apartment was nestled in a residential East side neighborhood which made us feel as part of the community. Close to restaurants, grocery and breweries. Very comfortable accommodations and walking distance to the Old Port. Kathy, our host, was very helpful with recommendation and communication. I wished would could of stayed an extra day or two to see all the attractions Portland had to offer.

Beautiful Space!
This apartment is very beautiful and was in the perfect location. Kathy was very helpful and checking in and out was incredibly easy! Beds were comfy and the apartment was clean and well maintained. The only thing to note is that the bathroom and a bedroom door have sliding barn style doors which leave a gap. From certain angles you can see into these rooms which wasn't much of a concern for me but other guests may feel otherwise.
