The room was clean and lovely. However, we stayed with our 10lb dog for 3 nights and were placed on the top floor at the very end of a maze of corridors. There is only 1 elevator access which was ages from our room and to get outside. Furthermore, although the room had a refrigerator, a small microwave would have been nice to heat hot water for tea instead of having to leave the room, walk down the maze of corridors, find someone at the front desk and ask them to fill our cup with hot water (which they had to leave the front desk for!). There was no hot water or a coffee station access.
But the worst thing was the parking situation. Not only do you get charged $30 a day for the privilege of parking at a parking garage next door to the hotel, the process is ridiculous! When you enter the garage, one must take a ticket, then, after trying to find a parking space (compact cars anyone???) you must stop at the lobby EVERY SINGLE TIME to have it validated with a sticker. If you don’t do this, you are unable to leave the garage! And you have to do this every single time! Going out for a meal? New ticket! Going out to sightsee? New ticket! Just going to get coffee? New ticket! It gets really old.
