«My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. »

«The food was great, the staff was nice. We felt great the whole time we were there. The hotel is undergoing repairs and updating parts, so it was under construction, but glad to see improvements are being made. Our room furnace broke and we were getting heat only in there, it was hot. Then we were moved to another room for a night while they fixed. «Got a room that was not cleaned. Was changed to a new upgraded room which was big and great. Very grateful for that. Was a little surprised that there was no cleaning of the room during the entire stay. We have not experienced that since the covid times. Roof bar was very good but great view.»

«Staff could be friendly - the kick back left alot to desired, several times the nachos, cheese and toppings ran out and it took 10+ mins to refill. Soda machine was broken most of our stay. Bottom parking deck was closed and key cards wouldn't on top deck so you had to call for help which was another 5+ mins. There was no room service/cleaning the 3 days we were there. »

«Check-in time is at 3 and we arrived at 4:10. We were told someone paid for a late check-out and checked out at 4. The woman at the desk told me check-in is at 4 and the room wouldn’t be ready for 30 min. So, she lied about check-in time. Basically, they decided to make more money and screw us over.
