«Peaceful beach setting. Small town feel. If you want to go to the beach to relax and perhaps fish, this is the area. Not a party beach. We were there in early May. Older crowd. Actually, no crowds. Very quiet. Private beach. Lovely.»

«Super clean and well stocked house minutes from the public beach. It was a great escape for us and we enjoyed staying here. Port St. Joe is so much quieter than PCB but still plenty of restaurants and shopping if you desire. We had a little trouble with the gate codes but received helped shortly after asking. Overall a great getaway!»

«We had a great time. Our house had everything we needed and more. The location was just right-close to the beach, but far enough away. Small, adorable towns in every direction. Food trucks, outdoor food and drink, great bbq and seafood. We grilled, had camp fires. If you just want to chill, this is the place!»

«This home was the perfect getaway. It was spotless and in a great location. It only took a few minutes to get to a beach access and under ten to reach downtown. I loved being in a gated community because it felt very safe. We can’t wait to go back!»

«We stayed almost a week. Had a great trip and this is like our 5th stay at this spot. Nice location to the beach access and to the store and seafood market. The grass needed cutting but other than that a fun and relaxing stay. Owner was great to work with due an emergency and had to leave early.»

«Town is exactly as described. Very clean when we arrived. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses and silverware. Lacks sufficient pots and pans and casserole dishes. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels if staying more than a few days. Need better seating on 2nd floor. Beds are comfortable and there is ample seating in family room and eating for family of 7. Nice view of the beach facing east. If you want to really enjoy it you must go down to the beach which is no problem ...

«We only had a short time to go to the beach and we were pleasantly surprised to find such a perfect place to stay on such short notice. The condo is very nice and right on the beach. The owners were extremely helpful to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Mexico Beach. I highly recommend staying here.»
