Completely remodeled and refurnished, this 3 bedroom pool home offers plenty of space for your next gathering of family, friends or a corporate retreat, and lives up to its name with elegant décor, finishes and furniture. The nearest beach access on Dunlawton Avenue is a quick 10 to 12 minute drive, and since it's a drive-on beach, you can drive right onto the sand and park without worrying about off-beach parking. Being on the mainland, the home is also close to Daytona International Speedway, about a 15 to 17 minute drive away.

There's plenty to enjoy right in the neighborhood. Just a 2 minute walk from the home is Spruce Creek Road Park, with parking, sports fields, a small playground, swings and tennis courts. About a 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive away is Seemore Memorial Park, also known as Spruce Creek Park, which is perfect for the tiniest travelers with a pirate ship themed playground, a large splash pad, plenty of shade trees, a nature walk and a canoe launch to the Spruce Creek Canoe Trail. A local homemade ice cream shop sits between the two parks, making for the perfect day outdoors!

Step through the front door and into paradise! The modern dining room, with warm finishes, seats all 8 guests at one table and overlooks the formal living room, with its coordinating décor and inviting, warm light. From the living room, step into the spacious, fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a double oven, a dishwasher and a tea kettle. Off the kitchen, a cozy breakfast nook for 4 overlooks the family room. Bright and inviting, the family room is the perfect place for the whole group to gather around the fireplace or the large smart TV, and it includes a queen sleeper sofa and access to the pool deck.

The home has 3 comfortable, modern bedrooms. The elegantly decorated primary suite features a king bed, a mounted TV, a private sliding door to the pool deck and an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, double vanity, private toilet room and walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms, one coral and one teal, each have a queen bed and a mounted TV, with a full bathroom between them featuring a walk-in shower. Altogether, the home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

Step into your private backyard oasis to soak in the Florida sun! The glistening pool, which ranges from 3 to 6 feet deep, is surrounded by a paved deck with luxurious outdoor seating and an outdoor dining set. When tummies start to growl, fire up the gas grill, complete with utensils, and enjoy your favorite grilled foods poolside.

Please note that while the weather here is warm nearly year-round, the pool, like most pools in the area, is not heated, and there is no hot tub at this home.

This home is pet-friendly for up to two dogs (dogs only), with a maximum weight of 25 lbs per dog. The pet fee for the duration of the stay is $250 for one dog or $400 for two dogs. Because this is an optional fee, it is added after booking and will not be shown in your online quote.

A few other items to note: the refrigerator's water line is not working, so the water dispenser and ice maker are not available, but ice trays are provided in the freezer. The primary bedroom closet is locked and used as an owner's closet, but guests in this bedroom can use the luggage racks and dresser for their belongings.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

This home allows for 1 vehicle in the driveway and up to 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, in the garage, so guests can have a maximum of 3 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
