«Das Cottage hat eine tolle Lage. Sehr ruhig und nah zum Atlantik. Der Küstenwanderweg lädt zum spazieren und wandern ein und ist gut erreichbar. Ohne Auto die Umgebung zu erkunden ist nicht so einfach, aber machbar. Ein Bus fährt mehrmals am Tag von Trevone ab. Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.»

«The house has a view of the River Fowey from the living room and the MBR! The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with COMFORTABLE couches and beds. We slept like babies here! It is at the end of the little town of Fowey near the car park ( very convenient if you have a car). Being in Fowey is like going back in time.. it is beautiful, with only one tiny one way street. No car noises! Wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores nearby for cooking at the house in the lovely kitchen. ...

«Property superb for families and dogs. (Cottage doesn’t strike as “doggy” place though. Very clean and tidy and everything you need. Garden superb. Grounds and forest lovely. «Stayed in wheel lodge for a short 4 night stay in the Summer school holidays. Accommodation just right as a base for x 2 people and our dog. Good facilities and everything you needed for a short stay. Comfy and clean - there were a fair few well established cobwebs in the bedroom and flies, but this is to be expected in a working farm. It's much bigger in real life than it seems in the photos and felt very spacious for four of us. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. «Birdsong was exactly as described and had everything you needed for your stay. The bedrooms were so quirky and different, loved them. «Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink. ...
