«When we arrived at the room we immediately noticed that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. When we let the front desk know and they immediately came an put up a clean fresh curtain with their apologies. That was very nice. There is no elevator to the second floor and we had some problems with the stairs. On the last day of our stay the desk manager found out about our problems with the stairs and offered to move us to the first floor, which was good of him to ask, but it was our ...
