«We stayed in the Presidential Suite this past weekend and when we walked into the room, we were shocked to say the least. The pictures online are nothing like it is in person. This room also cost an additional 300$ compared to other rooms available. There are no charging ports inside the room with the exception of wall outlets. There are no lamps. So the only way to see is by turning the light for the whole room on. This is a big deal to me, especially if you don’t want to interrupt the other ...

«Night staff were great. Day staff was missing a little hospitality. Maybe just had a bad couple days but rooms were great. Bar/lounge was great and bartender was courteous. Breakfast staff were amazing but could have used a bit more in options. Minimal area to serve in but could be better laid out. »

«Bc of the impending hurricane, my family decided not to come to the beach on the dates of July 23-24. And bc I missed the deadline of getting a refund, I'm out the cost of a night at the hotel. I value my family's lives more than $$. I will not be using Expedia and am highly disappointed in IHG. I even tried to get the dates changed but no one would answer back to approve this changes. So this review will be less than a 1.»

«We had an awful stay at Captain Quarters. Upon arrival, our room was not clean and there was sand in the bedding. The building is run down and not at all sound proof- we could hear every person that passed through the stairwell next to our room all day and night. The plumbing made a hissing sound throughout the building, and we heard it repeatedly as people showered. The worst part of our stay though was the heat. During our three day stay, our room never cooled down - even with the thermostat ...
