«The Windsor Palace is a beautiful classic hotel with clean rooms, excellent service, and a great location. Unfortunately, checkout left a bad impression. I was charged 240 EGP for two bottles of water, a bag of chips that was barely a quarter full, and an expired chocolate bar from the room’s fridge. No one had told me those items would be charged separately. After an otherwise pleasant stay, this made the hotel seem unnecessarily money hungry. Clear pricing and better checks on the snacks would ...

«Large accommodations, quiet area. Not to from train station. Few museums and sites are in walking distance»

«We can't find any faults to write about. The hotel has all you need for a good stay in Alexandria. Staff is very helpful. Room is clean, amenities great and breakfast choice very good. If we are back to Alexandria we will stay there»

«The hotel needs more maintenance paint cleaning, and the door has to be more quiet because of the traffic»

«Clean rooms, helpful straff and very good breakfast.»

«I wish I could give this place minus. Avoid if u are traveling alone or generally are a woman. Or if u are a breathing human being. «Wonderful atmosphere. Friendly staff.»

«The internet connection is outstanding. Download speeds on average about 3MB/s. Spacious. Friendly and helpful staff.»

«Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening, men nedslitt på alle måter. Harde senger. Mugg og råte på bad. Frynsete sengetøy og håndklær. Mye trafikkstøy. Beliggenheten er stort sett en halvtime med i er fra severdigheter.»

«The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. »

«Mixed experience at Hilton Alexandria Corniche Great location on the Corniche with lovely Mediterranean views, and the staff are friendly and helpful within their limits. The hotel also has a very nice private beach that I genuinely recommend, a real highlight of the stay. But the visit was let down on several fronts. At check-in we found hair in the shower and clogged in the drain, not acceptable for a Hilton. When I showed staff the evidence, the response was just an apology, with no real ...

«It is a very nice facility. I think the personnel are also trying their best to satisfy the customers. There is a little bit of lack of English in some of them though. However, a fantastic hotel (Nariman) in general.»
