Sa Tapia is a rustic country estate located in an unbeatable setting just outside Porreres. It has 4 bedrooms with capacity for up to 9 people and 3 full bathrooms (one of them outdoors). The house, built with traditional Mallorcan stone, features several terraces, a barbecue area, and a spectacular swimming pool where you can relax surrounded by nature and the green fields around it. It also offers beautiful views of the Santuari de Monti-Sion, which you can reach on a pleasant hike of approximately 1 hour from the property.

On the ground floor, you will find an indoor dining room, a spacious living room with satellite TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with: oven, ceramic hob, gas stove, microwave, and a large fireplace; as well as all the utensils needed to prepare large meals to enjoy with family.

Outside, you can enjoy the saltwater pool, with a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 1.65 m, surrounded by a garden and plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing, as well as a large dining table where you can eat with views of the mountains and the blue Mediterranean sky or enjoy dinners under the stars. Also on the lower level, there is an outdoor bathroom with a shower and a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The upper floor features a children-themed bedroom with 3 single beds, a small sitting room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with a large bathtub.

Porreres is located in the Pla de Mallorca, in the center of the island, characterized by large open fields and clear views toward the mountains. You can easily explore the island by car and reach any point in a short time. On Tuesdays, you can enjoy the local market in the village, just 2 km from the house, where you will find local products such as sobrasada, fruits, and vegetables. Porreres is also home to several vineyards, including the Jaume Mesquida winery. Typical local gastronomy includes apricots, almonds, and honey.
