«Beautiful house and lovely family. When I saw the room however, I asked the host to consider giving me a refund or a partial refund despite their policy. «Lovely little place, beautifully presented / decor. Waking up to the sounds of the native birds, surrounded by trees really made you feel like you were rugged up in a tree house. Only recommendation would be to put the books in a container as they smell slightly musty and if possible providing a pair of scissors (for coffee sachets etc) would be great. Could be quite chilly if staying over winter but there are heaters provided. Otherwise 10/10 would absolutely stay again.»

«Pro: Easy to find. Super convenient 15 parking across the street, with all day in/out. Great location, close to everything - 10 min walk to Te Papa, 5 to Cuba St. Clean. Quiet and off street.Con: This place is VERY small - maybe 180 sq ft including the bathroom, excluding staircase. Not really good for 3 people, though advertised as such. The folding sofa bed is unstable on its legs and not comfortable. No ventilation to speak of - only 1 window in bedroom opens 4 inches. Nothing in any other ...

«Everything about this apartment is excellent. Well equiped kitchen, laundry & bathroom. A lot of thought has gone into making it as warm and comfortable as possible. The location is great and although it is on the edge of the CBD it was very peaceful - even on Friday and Saturday nights. We hope that we'll have the opportunity to stay there again when we're next in Wellington.»
