Villa Vallis is located on the edge of the quiet village of Kadumi, not far from Poreč. This modern villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is suitable for 4 people. It will provide an ideal vacation spot for a small family or a group of friends.



This vacation home extends to 128 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a bright open space consisting of living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining table with 6 chairs. Large windows that run along the entire wall of the living room allow for continuous natural light, making the room pleasant to stay in. In addition, the windows overlook the outdoor terrace and the surrounding greenery. The interior is rich in industrial details that contrast with the warmth provided by the wooden elements. All rooms are air conditioned and for colder days there is a fireplace and underfloor heating.



Villa Vallis has 2 bedrooms, both on the 1st floor. Each bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. In each bathroom you will find 2 washbasins and a shower cabin, as well as toiletries and hairdryers. All rooms and bathrooms have the same minimalist, clean aesthetic as the rest of the villa. 1 bedroom has an access to the balcony.



The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden of 612 m² where you will find a 32 m² saltwater pool, an outdoor hydromassage jacuzzi and 4 loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. The villa also has a covered outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen, barbecue and dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a relaxation area with garden furniture, ideal for evening gatherings with a glass of good wine. On the ground floor of the house, you will also find an indoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna and private bathroom.



Due to its convenient location, Villa Vallis will be an ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of coastal and continental Istria. There are numerous sports and entertainment facilities nearby - aqua and adrenaline parks, sports fields - and the historic center of Poreč is only a 10-minute drive away. While you are on the Istrian peninsula, be sure to visit the Brijuni National Park, and if you want to swim and sunbathe away from the crowds, visit the island of St. Nikola, which is just a 5-minute boat ride from Poreč.
