  • The holiday apartment is a new building located in the Cazin district of Porec, approx. 800 m from the old town of Porec and only a few minutes' walk from the nearest beach. The house has several holiday apartments and private parking. The host lives in the same building. A supermarket is only 150 metres away and there is a children's playground right in front of the house. The 57 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a pull-out couch for one to two people, a 16 m² bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Air conditioning and WiFi internet access are available and included in the price.
    The property is 700 metres from the beach and 800 metres from the centre. The nearest grocery store is 150 metres from the holiday property. The nearest restaurant is 200 metres away.
