«⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've stayed here several times now and keep coming back, which says it all really! The house is always spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with stunning views over the lake that we never get tired of. «Our group of friends had the best time here! Big communal spaces, BBQ, incredible hot tub with views across the lake and the perfect location for getting to other activities. We'll be staying again.»

«Location was perfect. Just off the high street so loads of pubs and eateries very nearby. House was a great size for us. 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and open plan living dining and kitchen area. Parking for 3 cars just outside the front door. »

«A great 4 nights away. Lower Mill has everything you want! The property we rented was in Mill Village - a great location for all amenities.»

«Spent a wonderful 3 nights at Alderley house with friends. House very well equipped, plenty of crockery , glasses etc. Very comfortable living room and lovely and warm . Bedrooms amazing, large and all en suite. Spotlessly clean throughout. Location very good , 10 -15 min walk to Bourton high street . Can recommend Birdland ! Hope to stay here again. Thank you Margaret for the goodies !!»

«Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.»
