Located just opposite Hamworthy beach and park, only a few minutes walk away, and 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities.

Second bedroom (3ft twin beds or zip and link 6ft superkingsize double). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, toilet and sink).
Parking - One reserved parking space in the development`s own gated parking area under the apartments. (max height 2.1m / 6ft 8ins)

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
Façade works are currently being undertaken in this development and scaffolding is being erected with netting covering the block, which will obscure views. The works will be carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are offering price reductions of 25% on guest stays during the time the apartment is scheduled to be impacted and the figures quoted reflect this discount. The works on the development are underway and scheduled to run until the middle of March 2027. Please contact us should you require an update on the programme.
The price reduction for Beach Point is from 8th December 2025 to 8th March 2027.
The Neighborhood:
HAMWORTHY - POOLE'S INNER HARBOUR AREA - Just 10 minutes` walk from Poole Quay via Poole`s historic lifting bridge, Hamworthy is a quieter, predominantly residential area and Harbour Reach is the latest example of regeneration in this convenient location. The development offers some of the prettiest views of the natural harbour with Poole Yacht Club in the foreground and a wonderful vista across the harbour, to Corfe Castle and the Purbeck Hills beyond. Located close to Cobb`s Quay Marina Hamworthy is a great base both for strolling into Town, and for driving out to explore the wider Dorset region.

A lovely flat with a light and airy feel
The flat is very comfortable and has all the facilities we needed. The fittings are nicely chosen and in good condition. The view over the bay is lovely and we never tired of the sunsets from the balcony.

Lovely place to stay good location shame about the cleanliness could be better
This is a nice place to stay good Vue over beach and boat yard nice balcony to go on in good weather good under ground secure parking not to far from Poole harbour and town the property is spacious and warm the only thing that let's it down is the cleanliness the the screen in the bathroom and shower door needs cleaning the sink had someone's hair in it the carpets need hovering every where not just parts of it and the pots pans plates dishes cutlery needs checking for cleanliness.
This is a superb property and the location was fantastic. Watching the sun set every night from the balcony was amazing, especially in October.
The flat is well furnished and had everything we needed. Location makes it very easy to just go for a walk round the park, or 15 minutes the other way and you are in Poole with a wide range of restaurants and pubs.
This is a nice apartment in a nice location. just a shot ten minute walk to the quay with shops cafe's and restaurants. The flat is spacious and minimalist. The balcony overlooks Brownsea island and there is a large park nearby. Great for kids and dogs. Gated carpark beneath apartments was handy.
Down sides to this apartment: There were some areas that need addressing however. The apartment has only one corner sofa that would struggle to seat four adults comfortably. The balcony area is in need of repairs. The outside decking has got green mould in some areas. The seal around the patio door, both inside and out looks botched. The main concern however was the way the decking has been installed. It has been laid with gaps in between each piece of decking, allowing any spillages from the balcony above to fall onto your decking or table. The decking above ours, and on all of the apartments in the area are the same. They look very ugly and unfinished. Ours had pieces of tape hanging down where someone had attempted to cover the gaps in the decking above ours Not a good look.
A well appointed and spacious apartment with great views over the local beachfront and marina. Always something to look at. Would definitely come again.
Lovely apartment, thought it was much bigger in real life so that was a nice surprise, lovely and clean, easy check in process. Placed about 10 mins walk from the Quay and some lovely restaurants and a little beach and fab playground just a few mins walk in the opposite direction. Just what we was after!
