«Beautiful period property, excellent value for money, very safe. The room, shared bathroom and shower room were all very clean and well maintained. The restaurant/cafe serves delicious home-cooked food. I was initially concerned this was going to be ‘too cheap’ but actually it was really lovely. Highly recommended.»

«Absolutely Perfect in every way possible. Spacious Room with a Very Comforable King size bed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️»

«The location of the property was great very close to sea and town. The gentleman who checked us in was cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately didn't get much sleep one of the other residents seemed to be up all night talking loudly with others. Only booked this due to short notice ... you do get what you pay for.»

«Clean and very friendly and helpful owner. Good parking onsite.»

«Väldigt trevligt, litet hotell direkt vid stranden. Fina, nyrenoverade rum och fantastisk service från ägarparet. Rekommenderas vid ett besök i Weymouth.»

«We were allowed in a bit early as we came by train. The owner Sue is super friendly as were her staff We were right on the beach and could leave the sash windows open for air and to hear the sea. Breakfast was hot and excellent and it’s right next to 2 restaurants with a corner shop behind. The main Sandy beach is only 10 minutes away and the shops are only 15 minutes away Perfect»

«I had a fantastic stay at the Baytree Guesthouse in Dorchester! The hosts were absolutely wonderful and so helpful with any inquiry I might have. The room was big and very comfortable, everything was clean. Perfect location, only a 15-20 minute walk from central Dorchester and the train station. Quiet neighbourhood. I truly enjoyed my time here and wouldn't hesitate to book this guesthouse again the next time I'm in Dorchester. Would wholeheartedly recommend!»

«Trivelig, rent. Perfekt beliggenhet og supersøt vertinne. »

«Had a lovely, spacious room with a king size bed and lifesaving portable air con Very nice bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities excellent. The property is only a 2 minute walk from 3 pubs, 2 restaurants, a convenience store, tea room and the train station. But you hear no noise. There is parking outside the property.»

«Great breakfast choices and hot food cooked to order.»
