  • Summary:

    The Lift 309

    The Space:

Stay slope-side at one of Canyons Village’s most sought-after ski-in/ski-out properties — Lift Condominiums. This stunning residence at Lift in Canyons Village offers true ski-in/ski-out access, refined alpine design, and resort-style amenities — all just steps from shopping, dining, and vibrant après-ski patios.

Located beside the high-speed Sunrise chairlift, you can ski out each morning and return in the afternoon directly to the firepits and hot tubs on the expansive pool deck — an unbeatable mountain convenience.

Inside, the open-concept living area blends natural materials with sophisticated finishes. European white oak flooring, oversized windows, and a custom fireplace wall create a warm, elevated retreat. Relax on the queen sleeper sofa or armchairs and stream your favorites on the 50” smart TV.

The modern kitchen features quartz countertops, high-end appliances, and a gas range. Gather at the island bar while meals are prepared, then dine together at the table for six.

Both bedrooms are designed as private suites. The primary suite offers a king bed, 50” smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second suite includes a king bed, smart TV, and a tub/shower combination — and may be locked off to create a separate private retreat if desired.

Step onto your private poolside patio to enjoy morning coffee before heading out for the day.

Resort-style amenities elevate your stay. Relax at the expansive outdoor pool deck with a heated year-round pool, two hot tubs, cabanas, fire pits, BBQ grills, and dining areas. Guests also enjoy five-star ski concierge and heated boot service by Black Tie. Additional highlights include a state-of-the-art fitness center with steam room, a club room with a media wall, pool table, foosball, and coffee/hot chocolate station, plus dedicated kids’ and teens’ game rooms.

For seamless access between Canyons Village and historic Park City, take the Quicksilver Gondola, which connects the two iconic resort bases.

Perfectly situated in the heart of Canyons Village, this residence places you just steps from world-class skiing, exceptional dining, boutique shopping, and unforgettable year-round mountain adventure.

Superb property

Excellent location for skiing Park City. Beautifully appointed interior, unparalleled location, and ease of ski valet service make this property one on the best in the Canyons. The adjacent hot tub with ground level patio was an added bonus.

Fantastic New, Modern Slope side Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this new, modern, slope side property located in the Canyons Village. Lot's to do without getting in the car. The pool and hot tub are conveniently located right out the back door. Can't wait to come back in the winter and ski.

LOVE this place

We had such a great time at this condo. All the amenties are top notch. We were with another couple and both couples were comfortable with the space and felt that they had enough privacy in the bedrooms. Loved that we could walk out the back door and right to the hot tub. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The ski lockers were great and the attendants were very helpful.

Perfect Park City getaway

This place had everything you needed to enjoy a park city vacation in canyons village. The place is ski in out but unfortunately the lift next to Lift was closed during our stay. Walking distance to canyons village and right next to pendry which was great for apres. Sledding hill outside hotel made us want to come back with kids. Ski concierge was also a nice addition. Hot tub right outside our room and wasn’t crowded like other resorts. Overall a fantastic experience and looking forward to going back next year!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Beautiful building with modern/clean furnishings. Kitchen fully equipped with all cooking necessities. Great location at rear of building - no impact from current construction at front of building, and we loved being able to walk right out to pool area (with jacuzzies, firepit and BBQ area) from the patio. We also enjoyed the game room/lounge and gym, located just down the hall, as well as summer concerts and restaurants located just steps from the building. Recommend!

Lift @ Canyons - Wonderful property and great location.

This unit is ground floor on the backside (3rd floor) of the property, so it is a walkout to the pool and hot tub area - a bonus for us (young children). A few very minor maintenance things with the unit (door handles and issue with the automated window shade) but otherwise it was spacious (2 bedrooms on either side of the main area) very clean, excellent finish and wonderful to be able to rent in such a new property. Heated pool and two hot tubs as well as gas firepit/table. If we return to Canyons, we will stay here again.

Mere steps from the slopes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding location and comfortable, modern space. This unit is on the pool/spa level with very easy access to the hot tub. The ski locker room exits right onto the Sunrise lift, which gives ski in/out access for intermediate and above skiers. Enjoyed the layout, kitchen, and underground parking. The only changes I'd make are better bed linens and a working humidifier. Otherwise, an excellent choice for a ski week.
