Boasting stunning views of the Alps, Casa Savin 35 is a holiday home in Pontboset at about 1,000 meters altitude. The property is spread over 3 floors: on the first floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen; on the second floor, a living room and bathroom, accessible from the kitchen via an external staircase; and on the third floor, a bedroom with a balcony. As the house is distributed across several levels, a steep internal staircase connects the living room to the bedroom, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The property also features a private outdoor garden and accommodates two guests.



Casa Savin is just 5 minutes from a rocky beach along the Ayasse, perfect for sunbathing. The Ayasse is a lively mountain stream flowing in front of the property, keeping the area cool, especially in summer. Public transport links are within walking distance. Free parking is available near the house. Families with children are welcome.



Casa Savin has central pellet heating, available for an extra fee. The property provides guidelines to help you separate waste correctly; more information is available on site. Energy-saving lighting and eco-friendly insulation materials have been used. For hygiene and safety reasons, smoking is not allowed inside. The house does not have Wi-Fi.
