«Very clean and updated room that fit our family of five comfortably. The host provided great communication throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The shower pressure was a bit low, and the property itself looked a little sketchy at first glance, but don't let that deter you. "The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major disappointment. At check-in, they didn’t take the time to explain the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest privileges. We weren’t given a hotel map or any useful information to help us enjoy our stay. We only found out two days later that hotel guests receive discounts on food and beverages—something that should have been explained during check-in. It’s frustrating to miss out on benefits simply because the staff failed to provide basic information. The property deserves much better service at the front desk."
