«I booked this property less than 24 hours before my arrival. The hist was very responsive and accommodating. The house is just as pictured. We got plenty of use out of the hammock out back. It was so quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The air conditioner in the master was nice, although with a nice breeze, it wasn't needed all night. Would definitely stay again. »

«The description for this place was quite misleading. We were lead to believe that we were renting a small house with a small kitchen but when we arrived it was a large house split into 5 different sections, all with their own renters. The “kitchen” was a microwave, mini fridge and a hot plate with only a pot. There was also no ac and it was miserably hot/humid in our section. «This house is a good home base for exploring the Hilo area. The kitchen is unusually well set up for cooking, with a standard range, lots of dishes, and even food storage containers. The little back deck has a table for six and a nice view of Hilo and the ocean. The place is very clean and the decor is modern and spare, mostly gray and white. Each room has a big screen, but there's no reading light in the smaller bedroom. The hosts' home is about 30 feet away, but they don't interact much, ...
