«This is a great house for a large family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Huge entertainment size deck with a ocean view. Host is very considerate and stocked the house with soaps, shampoo and other bathroom items. Well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. I highly recommend this home.»

«I came with my group of around 30 and we had such a lovely time! Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and we all enjoyed the closeness to the beach. Also, the host were very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Maui!»

«Property was even better than advertised. Highly recommend esp for boogie boarding, beach activities. Loved the outdoor shower! House is great. Spent one whole day just relaxing on property itself. Neighborhood was quiet and worked out well, some rentals and some local residents and a good balance of each with a pleasant vibe. Host expectations were friendly and communicated clearly. We were grateful for their logistics support for checking in and out and the rental really made our stay in Kauai ...

«We had a wonderful stay at Brittany’s Princeville rental. Check-in was seamless, the neighborhood was quiet and the home was extremely comfortable. Brittany was so informative, always available and very friendly. Definitely felt the aloha spirit. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Kauai! Tip: purchase all your essentials while in Lihue since there aren’t many groceries/drug stores on the north side.»

«We spent a wonderful week with our 6 adult children, their spouses and our young grandchildren. The home is very spacious and provided comfortable rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The backyard and pool were a fantastic addition to the beach time. It was perfect for the little ones to enjoy, as wells as the adults. The lanai provided a perfect place to enjoy breakfast and dinners. Napili is a great location. We were within walking distance of the beach and a short drive to the Kapalua Coastal ...

«Beautiful property in an exclusive neighborhood. House was everything that was advertised. Kitchen was modern with most modern appliances. The house is designed to give all rooms privacy with separation from living area. View of the pool was stunning with sunsets dead center. Pool tiles around steps need to be re finished as some are rough on edges. Pool water was a little cool to some guests. Beach chairs and toys was appreciated . Everyone had a great time»

«The view was great. I didn’t use the bikes or kayaks but good to have them. Air conditioning was a saviour in humidity. I enjoyed working out the buses and using them. I also enjoyed walking into the shops and along the beach and it was easy to explore the area - cujtural show, night market, museum, gardens. Plenty to do despite the weather! Not a beach holiday this time. »

«We had an amazing stay at this property. Exceeded our expectations from the pictures online. We loved being able to hang out in the several lounging spots at the house, being able to walk the beach and tidepools directly in front of the home and easily walk to town. We didn't feel like we needed to leave the property it was so great. Mei, the property manager helped us immediately and gave recommendations. We would absolutely book again.»

«Could not get over the view. The resort was gorgeous and the balcony showed it all including the beach. The room was basic but fit our needs. Plenty of towels for the two of us for beach and home. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach on the property was not great. Not for swimming, but nice to walk down and listen to from our room. Did not love the resort daily parking fee. It was as much as our car rental and because the property was secluded you had to pay it. Location was great tho. ...

«The website on this property is accurate. The ocean view and sounds of the surf in the winter are what makes this property quite desirable, although please know that the waters are not conducive to swimming in the winter (true for most of the North Shore of Oahu). However, given the premium price charged we were very disappointed with the poor maintenance and supplies. Some of the screens were torn and the screen door to the lanai does not work properly. «Amazing home and best location on earth. Was perfect for our family and my sister’s family. The ocean was perfect for teenagers. Not sure it would be as great for younger kids as the calm part of the ocean is a bit of a walk but it was a perfect set of waves for teenagers. The hot tub was also lovely on the day it rained.»
