«The apartment is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. In particular, the terrace with the sofa is really good for chilling at night. The hosts, Lena and Monica, are very kind and helpful in providing pieces of information about what to do in the surroundings. This is a very good location to explore Chalkidiki.»

«The house was beautiful and in a great location. There are lovely beaches around and a car was needed to see all the sites. The house was incredibly clean all of the amenities you would need. The owner also communicated promptly and was always helpful. We would highly recommend this house.»

«The house itself is very clean, very complete and nice. Maybe a bit small, especially the masterbedroom feels a bit cramped. Everything you might need is there, even toiletteries and beachtowels. Contact with Athanasios was friendly and nice. The view from the garden is fantastic! The garden is lovely, the pool is clean and nice. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 14 to town. This accomodation is exactly as it shows on the website! Highly recommended!»

«Alles top und sehr gemütliche traumhafte wohnung mit großem balkon. Nachts hört man die hunde laut bellen, aber hat uns nicht gestört. Die gegend und die altstadt von nikiti ist sehr schön und traumhafte strände :) Kann man nur empfehlen.»

«Wir waren 14 Tage bei Vithos Maisonette. Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um ein Reihen-Endhaus in erster Reihe am Strand. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und vom Balkon ist sensationell. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist durchschnittlich, keine Spülmaschine. Zum Haus gehören 6 Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme. «Property was dirty and unclean. Kitchen wear couldn’t be used, lots of cobwebs and found all sorts of mess from empty alcohol bottles to mushrooms on the floor in various rooms. Bathrooms was dirty and we spent a lot of time complaining and cleaning before we felt comfortable. Was charged £150 for cleaning but not sure why, as the property was clearly not cleaned before we got there. «Das Haus und der Garten sind toll. Es liegt zentral und alle Strände sind leicht zu erreichen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und ist geräumig. Das einzige Makel ist, dass die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich ist und somit alle 3 Schlafzimmer nicht in Reichweite sind. Das war dann bei 30 Grad plus schon sehr unangenehm, auch wenn es noch einen Ventilator gab. Hier besteht Verbesserungspotential. Also wen heisse Nächte nicht stören, kann ruhigen Gewissens diese Haus mieten. Ansonsten war alles super ...

«wir waren leider nur 9 Tage dort, es hätte gerne mehr sein können. Das Haus ist einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Viel Platz auf der Terasse und am Strand. Die kleine Bucht hat man fast alleine zum Baden. Auch der kleine Bootsverleih nebenan kann empfolen werden. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und sehr nett.»

«Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles ist vorhanden -die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet. Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen kleinen gemütlichen Garten. Zum Strand kann man laufen und auch andere Strände oder Buchten sind mit dem Auto von hier gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter mit dem ich schriftlich Kontakt hatte ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor Ort gibt es dann eine auch sehr freundliche Ansprechpartnerin. Alles ist sehr unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen!»

«Wir waren 2 Wochen im Haus Magda und haben es in vollen Zügen genossen. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man sehr gut zu den tollen Stränden Karidi und Fava - Schnorchel nicht vergessen! SUP am besten gleich mit einstecken! 😀 Das Haus befindet sich auf dem gleichen Grundstück wie das der Gastgeber, welche sehr angenehm freundlich sind und uns hier und da Köstlichkeiten aus Garten und Küche zukommen ließen. Excellent Hotel, but some room for improvement
"We have stayed at the hotel 3 times before, and we really appreciate the hotel and its location. The service everywhere, at the reception desk, the concierge and not at least in the restaurant was excellent, the food was fantastic, and the room was very nice with a balcony and a beautiful sea view. However, the condition of the gym premises was really bad, so unfortunately we were not able to exercise the way we had hoped for. The facilities in the pool area had room for improvements since it’s getting old and worn, especially the toilets and the changing rooms there were in a bad condition. We can strongly recommend the hotel and we will come back, but we hope they will improve the gym and the pool area so we can fully enjoy all the parts of the hotel."
