«We chose this property in large part for the location off the beaten path but within easy striking distance of the Folsom area. It provided exactly the peace and quiet we had hoped, and that made our down time and sleeping much better than somewhere busier. «I’m a mom of three kids, and told my husband that all I wanted for Mother’s Day was a night to myself, full of self care and good sleep. This cozy cottage was more than I ever expected. I loved the antiques incorporated into the decor and farmhouse feel. The bed was so comfortable and the outdoor environment was charming and inviting. The hostess was communicative and kind.»

«A little small but it was okay since we mainly just slept here. There was enough beds for everyone including extra thick mattress for another person to sleep on if needed. The owners do live on property but they gave us our privacy. Any interactions we had with them were very friendly. Remote location with nice views but close enough to town. And a lot of extra amenities and little freebies. Made us feel very welcome!!!»

«We arrived with snow on ground on a dark evening to find a cozy, warm, clean and friendly cottage. We had hot cocoa and did a puzzle before sleep. It was a lovely weekend in December with my daughter and her best friend. The hot tub was warm and bubbly and everything ran smoothly. The next morning we took a short walk to the gorgeous lake, smiling the whole way. The neighborhood was quiet and we had everything we needed. We would definitely return to this lovely and cozy perfect cottage.»

«This was a little piece of heaven. We were in the area for a family members wedding. The house acted as a meeting spot for family to tuch basis and plan. It was nice and quiet, with beautifully lit pathways and ample outside areas to relax. The decorations in the home were done with care for detail. I highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing weekend getaway, or vacation rental. It won't disappoint. 👍😊»

«This place was private, quiet, roomy and on a lovely property. It was centrally located in the heart of Apple Hill. I was able to come and go with no issues and I loved that they had a full kitchen I could utilize. It was a little off the beaten path but still close enough I could easily access restaurants and local shopping. The owners were such a delight and very kind. I would 100% stay there again and plan to in the future! »

«We had everything we needed to enjoy closing weekend. Clean, comfy and just the right size. Our kids loved catching the “hay ride” to get to the lifts. We were close enough to grab lunch at the condo which was perfect.»
