Complete with a generous garden providing plenty of ‘green space’ to revel in, this hospitable home is ideal for those looking for a countryside escape, with only a short drive to an abundance of local amenities.
With traditional Mallorquin wares furnishing the interior, this lovingly maintained house offers comfortable accommodation for a multigenerational family or assembly of friends. Entrance is through a solid wooden door into an open plan lounge/dining area. A separate kitchen incorporates a breakfast alcove, a small pantry and larger utility room (washing machine). In keeping with the typical local charm of the rural dwellings of the area, attention to detail is the key, two wooden dining tables are particularly of note - so cherished and cared for that they look as good as the day they were crafted.
