Villa Geranios, country house a few minutes driving from Pollensa

Los Geranios is a single-storey villa located in the Mallorcan countryside a few minutes drive from both Pollensa and the coastal town of Puerto de Pollensa. The property offers us comfort and tranquility in a natural environment.

Access to the villa is through a private parking area. Under a porch we find the main door of the house, which gives direct access to the living room. Immediately to the left we find the kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric hob and electric oven. A hallway takes us to the bedroom and bathroom area. Specifically, there are two double bedrooms and one double. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, while the other two share a full bathroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and hot/cold air conditioning units (which, in line with local energy savings and efficiency initiatives, have scheduled use from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.: 00).

From the living room doors give access to the covered terrace located in front of the pool, which has outdoor furniture and views of the garden and pool. A fixed barbecue and an outside toilet complete this part of the house.
