Villa Alordes, Newly renovated house with mountain views

Villa renovated in 2024. Situated in an olive grove that is over 1000 years old, this rustic house with fantastic views towards the different valleys of Pollensa offers us a quiet and private environment in one of the most beautiful areas of the town of Pollensa. The house is reached by a narrow private road. Entering the house we find a wide entrance and a sandstone arch that separates the spacious living room, which has stone walls, a large fireplace and TV/DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge/freezer and a pantry. In the kitchen we can also find a door that opens to the outside, specifically to the covered terrace from which we can directly access the pool area. From the living room there is another interior arch which gives access to a double bedroom en suite and, besides the living room there is another bathroom with a half bath. A staircase takes us to the upper floor, where the rest of the bedrooms are located. These consist of two double bedrooms (one with a shower en suite) and two beautiful twin bedrooms. Here, after going up the stairs, there is another bathroom with a shower. On this same floor there is also a terrace from which we can enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The pool area and terraces are fully equipped with garden furniture. Outside there is also a barbecue, ideal for preparing dinners or meals outdoors surrounded by a completely natural, calm and peaceful environment. Finally, it is worth noting that Villa Alordes has free Wi-Fi Internet connection.
