Villa Font Xica Petit is a charming country house located between the picturesque old town of Puerto de Pollensa and the beautiful sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa. The exterior is carefully designed to ensure a complete relaxation experience, with a refreshing swimming pool, sun loungers and a large garden where you can enjoy the Mallorcan breeze. Next to the pool, you will find a cosy shaded rest area, perfect for relaxing, reading a book or simply enjoying company. On the other hand, also in the shade, there is an outdoor dining area with a table, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors in a tranquil setting.



Inside, the villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which provide space and privacy for up to 8 people. The open-plan design of the common areas allows for comfortable living without sacrificing privacy. The villa's style follows a boho chic aesthetic, combining traditional Mallorcan elements with modern and balanced touches. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the terrace, where you will also find a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying a delicious grill with friends and family. Additionally, the villa has a ping-pong table.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
