All bedrooms have hot / cold air conditioners which, in line with local energy-saving initiatives, are scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.



The villa also has a magnificent private pool and a large lawned garden. Wifi and outdoor ping pong.



In front of the pool there is a large pergola that provides shade for the barbecue area and the outdoor dining area, which overlooks the gardens and mountains. The large lawn area is also ideal for a picnic or for children to play.



The property is located very close to Pollensa, close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
